Shipper Trigger Intelligence for Freight Sales Teams
FreightTrigger
Weekly shipper trigger reports for freight brokers, 3PLs, carriers, and logistics sales teams.
FreightTrigger identifies companies showing freight-relevant business movement, explains why they may be worth contacting now, and gives your sales team the angle to use.
Freight sales teams are calling stale lists.
Most logistics sales teams know which companies might ship freight. The harder question is which companies have a reason to talk right now.
FreightTrigger monitors public business activity and turns relevant market movement into a focused weekly intelligence feed for freight sales teams.
Lead lists age fast. Timing changes the conversation.
FreightTrigger is built around a simple sales reality: the right account is more valuable when there is a current business reason to reach out. The feed helps sales teams focus on movement, not static names.
From public signals to sales-ready opportunities.

Freight-relevant business movement.
Each opportunity includes the why, not just the name.
FreightTrigger reports are built for sales action. Each opportunity is packaged with observed evidence, freight-specific interpretation, and a practical angle for outreach.
Sample example. Not a customer claim.
A signal is only useful when it changes the next sales move. The full report shows the context behind the account: timing, fit, buyer path, and the outreach position.
- Account profile
- Regional food and beverage distributor with multi-temperature distribution activity and recurring store or restaurant replenishment exposure.
- Market
- Foodservice and grocery-adjacent distribution; refrigerated, frozen, and dry freight mix.
- Region
- Southeast distribution corridor with regional outbound routes, inbound supplier freight, and time-sensitive delivery windows.
- Trigger read
- New distribution capacity plus active transportation coordination signal
- Freight read
- Reefer FTL/LTL support, routing coverage, backup capacity, and ramp-period carrier benchmarking
- Buyer path
- Logistics Manager / Operations Director
- Access path
- Operations leadership, transportation leadership, or facility-level distribution management
- Timing window
- Near-term review window; expansion and operating changes often create coverage gaps during ramp-up.

- Source notes
- High freight relevance, clear operating trigger, specific buyer path, and strong fit for food/bev-focused reefer or FTL providers.
